The acronym “SOHCAHTOA” may help you remember how to compute sine, cosine, and tangent. SOH stands for Sine equals Opposite over Hypotenuse, CAH stands for Cosine equals Adjacent over Hypotenuse, and TOA stands for Tangent equals Opposite over Adjacent.
To convert from degrees to radians, multiply the number of degrees by 2π / 360 degrees. To convert from radians to degrees, multiply the number of radians by 360 degrees / 2π.
